This course offers learners with some cake decorating experience, the opportunity to try more techniques in Sugarcraft using Royal Icing, Pastillage, Modelling paste, flower paste and sugarpaste. For the first session the tutor will demonstrate how to make Royal Icing and piping bags. To the first session, please bring greaseproof paper/baking paper, scissors, a No1 or No2 piping nozzle, work board and a small palette knife. There will be an opportunity to have a go at piping. This course is delivered to a maximum of 10 learners to ensure safe social distancing.
