Description

Create a range of floral products for all occasions and seasons. This course is suitable for beginners and improvers. You will have the opportunity to learn new skills and to improve your existing one in new floral designs.
Course fee does not include flowers or other materials required for projects. Please read the full description in ''More details'' below before completing your enrolment.

Ideal course for those with some basic knowledge of floristry, that have attended a beginner's course or just have a passion for flowers. Learn how to create beautiful contemporary floral desighs and arrangements. This course covers parallel designs, grouped and textured designs.

Up to week 2

Who is the course for?
Anyone with an interest in floristy and flower arranging

Do I need prior knowledge or experience?
No, this course is suitable for beginners to flower arranging.

How will I learn?
By watching demos and practising your skills, by making your research on Internet and magazines, by sharing ideas in group discussions.

How will my progress be assessed?
Informal, constant assessment by the tutor. You will be asked to record your own progress against set targets.

Is there an external qualification?
No

What can I do next?
Other courses at BAEC. Tutor will advise about courses.

What do I need to bring?
You need to bring your own materials and equipment, flowers and foliage to be bought on a weekly basis, please expect to spend around £10-20 per week.

Are there any extra costs?
Yes, weekly, around £10-20 for flowers

Is there work between sessions?
Research of each design is advised.
