Ease Your Back Pain - Flow-Based Movement for Pain Relief
Description
Discover how gentle, flowing movement can help you release tension, improve posture, and support a healthier spine. The gyrokinesis method is a gentle, fluid and continuous movement system which sometimes was described as a flowing yoga. It is designed to move your body three dimensionally, increase your spine health and enhance your body's natural movement patterns.
The class begins with seated exercise followed by floorwork and standing sequences. Movement and breath are harmonised in fluid patterns to incease spinal mobility and stimulate all the systems in the body simultaneously.
