Yoga For All Workshop

Visual of the course

Description

A 2-hour session to give ample time and space to experience, maybe as a beginner, or to refine your established yoga practice. We will use the tools of the physical postures (asana), some breathing practices and techniques (pranayama) and guided meditation and relaxation practices to enhance our physical and mental well-being, and to help us feel more present and focused. We will be working from the floor, from standing and from sitting, with the aid of props and chairs if required. Please wear comfortable clothes (layers advised) and you may also want to bring a blanket/large scarf and a cushion for the the final relaxation. By the end of this workshop, you will have had a first-hand experience of the overall benefits of a yoga practice; in addition, you will also gain an understanding of what you can expect from our yoga courses, should you decide to join us in September.
