In this workshop, movement becomes a language beyond words - a way to explore and release emotions.
Through guided practices, participants will use movement to process feelings, foster self-expression, and connect more deeply with themselves.
The process is gentle and organic, encouraging each person's natural responses to unfold at their own pace.
Together, we will rediscover movement that arises from inner motivation, awareness, and emotional truth.
