Visual of the course

Description

The aim of this course is to leave participants feeling relaxed and rejuvenated after each class. It explores all aspects of this sacred practice, not just the physical postures, and draws on ancient yogic teachings and techniques rooted in Indian culture. These teachings can be incorporated into daily life, supporting both mental and physical health, and are suitable for individuals of all ages, body shapes, and levels of flexibility and strength.

The course focuses on restoring the true essence of yoga, with an emphasis on mindfulness and mental relaxation. Modifications and adjustments are offered throughout to ensure everyone feels comfortable and confident during the practice, including meditation and Dhyana. Please bring your own mat if you have one and read the full description in ''More details'' below before completing your enrolment.
