Visual of the course

Description

This mixed-ability course is for both beginners and improvers. The course aims to leave participants feeling relaxed and rejuvenated after each class. It explores all aspects of this sacred practice, not just the physical postures, and draws on ancient yogic teachings and techniques rooted in Indian culture. The practices can be incorporated into daily life to support both mental and physical health and are suitable for individuals of all ages, body shapes, and levels of flexibility, strength, and experience.

The course focuses on restoring the true essence of yoga, with an emphasis on mindfulness and mental relaxation. A range of options, modifications, and gentle progressions are offered so that everyone can work at a level that feels comfortable and appropriate, helping participants build confidence throughout the practice, including meditation and Dhyana. Please bring your own mat if you have one and read the full description in ''More details'' below before completing your enrolment.
