Come to our Digital Drop In Centres to get help with using a PC, smartphone or tablet device
Our Digital Drop In (DDI) service can support residents with accessing a wide range of online services, including the NHS, GOV.UK and online job applications. We can also help you to complete online forms, access a Universal Credit account, and improve your confidence using digital devices and websites.
We can support with:
- Setting up and using email accounts
- Applying for jobs and uploading CVs
- Managing Universal Credit accounts
- Accessing NHS services, including booking appointments and ordering prescriptions
- Using GOV.UK services, including Blue Badge and bus pass applications
- Applying for college courses and training opportunities
- Completing housing, council or benefits forms
- Accessing online utility accounts safely
- Downloading and using apps on phones or tablets
- Scanning and uploading documents
- Learning basic digital skills and internet safety
Whether you need support applying for jobs, managing online accounts, or using everyday digital services, our friendly team is here to help.
Everyone is welcome to use the DDI service. You do not need an appointment, but we may operate a queuing system at busy times.
If you would like help using your own device, please bring it with you.
Open to all, no charge and no need to book.
